Covid-19 & Fringe Benefits

Diane and Becky at Fringe Benefits are delighted to re-open the salon’s doors and welcome clients once again. However, in order for us to do so we will be implementing some important changes and procedures as the health and safety of our clients and team are of paramount importance.

 

Appointments:

All appointments must be booked via telephone or website prior to arrival. We are unable to offer a walk in service at this time.

 

Cleaning:

Equipment and work stations (positioned 2m apart) will be sterilised and disinfected between clients with all gowns and towels laundered at high temperatures. Your stylists will be wearing visors.

 

Arrival procedure:

Please arrive promptly so as to avoid rescheduling and wait in your car until your designated appointment time as the reception area is currently unavailable. Should you need to message us in the salon please do so on WhatsApp messenger 07957445105 or call 01787 220499. We respectfully ask you to attend alone.

 

Please use the hand sanitiser provided before we open the door for you and wear a face mask. Disposable masks are available if unable to provide your own. Other than yourself and mask we request you only bring your method of payment into the salon (no handbags etc.) and a mobile phone if absolutely necessary.

 

Yours and Our Health:

We are following the government guidelines and not allowing any team member into work who has a temperature and a new continuous cough for 14 days.We would kindly ask any client who has recently returned from any category 1 or category 2 countries t o not visit the salon. Please check the latest travel advice here. We would also respectfully ask any clients showing symptoms to call us on 01787 220499 to cancel their appointment and not visit the salon to avoid putting our team and other clients health and safety at risk. Should you develop Covid symptoms 2 weeks after visiting Fringe Benefits we request you inform us as we will be keeping client records in our diary to assist with Track and Trace.

 

We appreciate that we are currently unable to offer your usual salon experience but by abiding by the above measures it hopefully won’t be too long before you’ll be able to flick through the latest magazines with a cup of coffee.
